Our charcuterie presentation boards are made from wood reclaimed from the forest and our craftmanship is the product of much time and care. Hard maple, cherry, oak and black walnut are among the woods used. Boards are finished with food grade butcher block oil or flaxseed oil. Easy to care for - a damp cloth will do the trick.
